OneUp Components is based on having exceptional customer service. We stand by our products, support our customers and take every reasonable step to deliver the best customer service possible. Our top priority at OneUp is to get our customers back out on the trails as soon as possible.
Our warranty policy is 1-year on all components except carbon bars & dropper posts. Carbon bars and dropper posts have a 2-year warranty. Warranties are only valid for the original owner.

If you have any issues with your components within our warranty period - we have you covered.
Depending on what's happened to your OneUp Components we will either send you service parts free of charge, or we will send you a brand new replacement product.
