Enjoy free tracked shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard shipping is rated by FedEx at carrier rates from our headquarters in Canada. For orders over $99 shipping is provided via UPS or FedEx, depending on the fastest option for your address. For orders under $99, all shipping is handled by FedEx. Please note, consumers are responsible for all duties and fees incurred when importing products direct from Canada.

Shipping times vary by country and we are unfortunately not able to provide a timeline for international shipments; however, most orders are shipped next-day, after purchase.

Fulfilment Overview

Every order in our International store is packed and shipped by our team of riders at our headquarters in Squamish, BC, Canada. Orders are packed with maximum care and minimal waste.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer 30-day, no questions asked, returns and exchanges of any unused and unopened OneUp Components products* purchased directly from OneUp Components. Learn more about our policy, and how to submit a return on our returns page.

For OneUp Components products purchased from a local or online bike retailer, please return all products to the source you purchased it from. Original proof of purchase and unopened original packaging are required to authorize a return and a refund.

*Sales are final on product discounted over 30%. No returns on Flash sale items. Droppers that have been fitted in the frame cannot be returned.

Shipping Notes & FAQ

1. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees that are incurred when improtin products direct from Canada.
2. Orders ship same day if placed by 12 PM PST (2 PM PST for express), except during high-volume periods.
3. Orders placed after 12 PM PST (2 PM PST for express), ship the following business day.
4. OneUp is closed and does not ship on Canadian, BC Holidays.

Tracking your Order

Once you place an order you will get 2 emails, the first email is to confirm that we have received your order and the second email is to confirm that we have shipped your order. In the second email you will find a tracking number and link, which you can use to track the progress of you shipment from our courier partners website.
