Date Code Guide

Dropper Post Date Codes (V1, V2, V3)

The 5 digit date code is located at the bottom rear of the lower tube. It sits directly above the QR code and starts with the following letters: J, P, S.

The 4 digit V3 cartridge date code is located on the main body of the cartridge. It is the last 4 digits in the second line of lasering.

Carbon Handlebar Date Codes (V1, V2, E-bar)

The date code is located inside the righthand side of the bar. If the bar has been cut, there is a second date code further inside.

Stem Date Codes

The 4 digit date code is located within the handlebar clamp interface on the right hand side.

Hub & Ratchet Date Codes

The 4 digit date code on the ratchets (they are on the opposite side of the teeth) as well as the date code on the hub itself (located on the outboard face of the rotor mount, the rotor might need to be removed to check this).

Freehub Date Codes

The 4 digit date codes are located at the outer edge of the cassette interface.

Pedal Date Codes

Alloy Pedals 

The 4 digit date code is located on the main bearing cup of the pedal body.

Wave Pedals

The 4 digit date code is locating in the last groove on the inboard arm of the pedal body before the axle.

Clip Pedals

The 4 digit date code is  located next to the clip mechanism on the pedal body.

Comp Pedals (Includes small comp)

Date & Axle code. Date code is a circled letter & 2 circled digits on the pedal body. Axle code is a letter and a digit on the tool profile. It may also be shown as 2 dials, one with a month code, the other with a year code. Example: B12-A9 or 12-23

Pumps

The 4 digit date code is located on pump body under "slide o ring" instructions
